"BI Connect": Because In a few years time all users will at least have a basic knowledge of Power BI, BMSvision has decided to add an off the shelf Power BI template comprising PlantMaster MES history data to its MES offering. Through innovative visualizations all data is put into the right context allowing fast and smart decisions. More advanced users will be able to adapt the template to their needs or even merge data from other systems like their ERP or PLC software. Other important advantages are standardization on software tools, reduced investment in training and faster go live of new installations.
